History of Level Five Wines
We are proud to be a small, friends & family-owned boutique wine group. Our passion for fine wine and enjoying life is evident in all that we do. In 2008 we established JPLT Wine Group, a team of people that make wine from highly sought-after vineyards in the renowned wine regions of California. The wines we produce are from small lot growers in Sonoma, Napa and Monterey Counties. Every bottle of wine that we make has our commitment to the unique terroir of each vineyard. Each vintage is a specific, individual expression of both the fruit and the expertise of our team. We put a tremendous amount of talent, effort and attention into each bottle. We are proud to be vintners and are grateful to our farmers, bottling team and winemakers for enabling us to produce some of the best wines in California.
A note about Level Five …
There are five levels for evaluating the success of a training program. Level Five is the most difficult to pursue, it is highly sought after and rarely attained.

OUR TEAM

We first met as colleagues in the corporate training and development industry and quickly became cherished friends. Our collaboration initially began with publishing several industry books and soon grew into a family partnership focused on producing exclusive California wines in limited production. Our expertise in developing people to be their best extends into our passion for developing wine that is the best the wine region has to offer. We are grateful to share our love of the vineyards and our commitment to excellence. We are a family of vintners making wine that we hope you enjoy as much as we do.
